Generic Updates 26-08

When my X-account was locked it really made me think about my online presence. If I allocate everything in one place and lose it I lose everything. Maybe I should put more of my stuff to other sites. Gaming related should go to Game Jolt and videos to YouTube in addition to X.

Not sure about the process though. Should I put all videos everywhere or do some round-robin or some themed approach. To me this is extra work and unnecessary as my follower count is less than 100 everywhere. Remove bots and idle accounts and that drops to 20, lol.

• Site: Modified the functions to change the post-ellipsis (…) to more readable ([ more ]) link. The WP default is not obvious to users.
• Account: Restored my YouTube-account (and made a post. Last one was 7 years ago.)

Thoughts

• DeviantArt – I haven’t made art for a long time as much of my time has been allocated to gamedev.
• Audius – Same with music.
• I also have interests not mentioned here. Philosophy, Economics, Finnish History and Finnish Mythology. I could expand the site to cover these too.
